The Quality, Safety, and Environment department implements the tools necessary to ensure production compliance and analyzes various risks (Q, S, and E) in order to put appropriate preventive measures in place, all as part of an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. It supports the various departments in implementing and enforcing standards, addressing nonconformities, conducting audits, and implementing Q, S, and E policies. In collaboration with line management, it helps create a safe, structured, and responsible work environment while meeting customer, regulatory, and standards requirements.
