CNC machining

CNC machining is one of the complementary services offered by Oxymetal to finish certain metal parts after cutting, bending or metal fabrication.

This capability allows for reworking, adjustment, or dimensional finishing operations when the drawing specifications require a level of precision beyond that achieved by cutting processes.

Machining capabilities integrated into the industrial organization

Oxymetal has 6 three-axis milling machines across the Group. They perform a range of machining operations on metal parts, according to the needs defined with the customer and the technical characteristics of the part.

Machining can be used for single-unit production, small batches, or parts that are integrated into larger assemblies. It is an extension of the Group’s other industrial operations, designed to minimize disruptions in the production flow and better coordinate the various stages of manufacturing.

Large-Scale Surface Machining

Oxymetal also has surfacing capabilities for large parts, up to 5,000 x 2,500 mm.

This capability allows us to process parts that require surface finishing, pre-assembly preparation, or specific dimensional compliance. It complements the Group’s expertise in the manufacture of technical metal parts and industrial subassemblies.

Complementary expertise supporting the overall process

Machining is a complementary step in the Oxymetal manufacturing chain. It can be combined with laser cutting, flame cutting, bending, metal fabrication or other finishing operations.

This integration enables us to offer more comprehensive management of parts, from raw materials through to delivery, while ensuring operational monitoring, traceability, and the necessary controls to ensure production compliance.
