Quality: A Certified Commitment

Our goal is to maintain a high standard of quality across all our operations and to best meet our customers’ needs, while managing the environmental impact of our production. To this end, the Oxymetal Group is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and holds ISO 3834-3 certification for welding.

ISO 9001 Certification Logo

ISO 9001: A Structured Quality System to Ensure the Safety of Your Production Processes

ISO 9001 certification is the international reference standard for quality management. It attests to an organization’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet its customers’ requirements, while maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement.

At Oxymetal, this certification reflects our commitment to ensuring full control over all our processes—from understanding customer needs to delivering parts, including industrialization, production, quality control, and addressing any deviations.

ISO 9001 certification verifies mastery of several key areas: the definition of responsibilities, the management of quality objectives, the management of risks and opportunities, the competence and training of teams, and the tracking of nonconformities and complaints. It helps ensure the compliance of delivered parts, the reliability of industrial processes, and Oxymetal’s ability to continuously improve.

ISO 14001 certification issued by Apave Certification

ISO 14001: Certified Management of Our Environmental Impacts

ISO 14001 certification is the international benchmark standard for environmental management. Oxymetal has held this certification since 2020, under the same Apave certificate as its ISO 9001 certification. It attests that the Group systematically identifies, monitors, and reduces the environmental impacts associated with its industrial operations.

The initiative covers waste management, the control of energy, chemical, and water consumption, as well as pollution prevention. As part of this effort, 100% of the raw material waste generated by our operations is recycled.

For our customers, this ensures they are working with a supplier whose environmental impacts are documented, measured, and audited by an independent third party. This is a factor that is becoming increasingly important in the CSR requirements of industrial clients.

ISO 3834 Certification Logo

ISO 3834-3: Certified Welding Expertise

Oxymetal holds ISO 3834-3 certification at two of its industrial sites: Oxymetal Est and Oxymetal Sud-Ouest. This international certification defines the quality requirements applicable to the fusion welding of metallic materials.

It attests to Oxymetal’s ability to manage the entire welding process within a structured and controlled framework: welder qualification, formalized procedures, appropriate inspections, traceability of operations, and a dedicated quality organization.

For our customers, ISO 3834-3 certification provides an additional assurance regarding the manufacture of mechanically welded parts and subassemblies. It helps ensure product compliance, minimize the risk of deviations, and guarantee a consistent level of quality over time.

It is particularly important in demanding industrial environments, where the reliability of assemblies, the repeatability of operations, and document traceability are essential.

With its two ISO 3834-3-certified facilities, Oxymetal supports its customers in projects involving cutting, bending, finishing, machining, and metal fabrication, offering a comprehensive industrial approach.

This certification reinforces confidence in our ability to produce compliant, reliable, and well-documented assemblies, while meeting the quality requirements expected by major industrial contractors.
