Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will work completely independently at your workstation and will be responsible, in particular, for:
- Analyze manufacturing documents and technical drawings.
- Identify the tools needed for bending operations and ensure they are installed on the machine.
- Adjust and program CNC press brakes.
- Conduct the necessary tests and make any necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Ensure that parts are bent in accordance with customer requirements.
- Check the dimensions and conformity of parts using appropriate metrology equipment.
- Perform first-level maintenance on your equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines and production standards.
Is this job right for you?
Your Profile
Ideally, you have a technical degree such as A CAP, BEP, or vocational high school diploma in boilermaking, metal structures, industrial sheet metal work, or the fabrication of boiler-made structures.
You have initial, successful experience in a similar position in an industrial setting.
Your skills:
- Reading and interpreting industrial drawings.
- Proficiency in bending techniques on CNC press brakes.
- Use of control and measurement instruments.
